HELP GUYS!!!!!

OK....I would say it was at least a month ago or so, there was a gorgeous sample that someone posted in the gallery with an accordian style "tag" gift card holder, which looks like a tag when its all folded together, but then when opened, holds like four different gift cards. Does anyone know where I can find it? I tried doing a search in the gallery and could not find it anywhere! I wanted to make one of those for my friend who's birthday is coming up! YIKES!
