I've been buying them a color family at a time, so each comes in it's own box. However, I have some re-inkers of retired colors, and a versamark re-inker. I bought just a shoebox size plastic storage box for those stragglers.
I think I saw on a thread somewhere that people are storing them in the alphabet storage boxes. (I'm not sure about that. Hopefully someone else will chime in here.)

My upline keeps hers in the divided alpha boxes (the ones with channels in the bottom). I bought mine by color family and keep them on a shelf in the boxes they came in. I did write the color family name on the front of the box to make it easier to spot the one I wanted at a glance. I suppose if I kept them in a clear, flat box like the alpha boxes I could find what I wanted even faster because I wouldn't have to pick up the bottle to read the label.
