Is the August 2010 Issue of Stampers Sampler out yet?

I have an inquiry about one of my stamps that is supposed to be on the cover of Stampers Sampler. I just went and looked at the Stampington site which has the June/July 2010 issue posted. I don't see one of my stamps on the cover. I am wondering if the August issue is out and that is where they saw it. Is the August issue out? If so, is there a card with a stamp from Purple Onion Designs?

Thanks so much! I just looked at the Stampers Sampler page and it only showed last months issue. That August cover would definitely be it!
