Question Snowglobe Cards

Okay, Im not sure exactly what they are called, but they totally remind me of snowglobes. They are those cards that have like a vellum pocket or something... cellophane perhaps. Anyways, you fill it with glitter and stamped images and all sorts. Im not sure exactly how you would be able to do that, and I think some cards look beautiful like that! Just a question! If you have any answers or words of wisdom, that would be awesome!!
Thanks guys!!

I think they are called shaker cards. I do believe there is a tutorial for those in the resources section of this site.
