Snap Stamps back at JoAnns

This may be old news by now, but, JoAnns has all the snap stamps available online again, they are still on sale and they have a new code for free shipping.

jpmayo 06-21-2006 07:39 AM

Oh, goody, I need more!! What's the shipping code? Thanks!

vincenpam 06-21-2006 07:49 AM

the code is JUNFSH625 and it expires after today. Get those orders in girls!

stamps&cars 06-21-2006 07:56 AM

This is a question to those of you who have purchased them from Joanns before. The product details says Alpha/Num. When I purchased them from somewhere else, the alphabet and number set were separate sets. Are both sets together on this deal from Joanns?

stamps&cars 06-21-2006 08:01 AM

Never mind......got my answer when I read the comments. Sounds like Joanns has incorrectly listed this product and it is alpha only. No numbers are orderable. Thought that is what it was.

I got an email from JoAnn's that the FREE SHIPPING has been extended thru Wednesday June 28, 2006, when you place an order of $25 or more...

Use code: JUNFSE6252

What size snap stamp would you recommend buying? Is the 1/8" too small. In your opinion, what is (are) the most versatile size(s)?

Thanks,
Karen

mastamper 06-21-2006 10:23 AM

Thanks for the heads up! I've been stalking the casual 1/8" for a couple weeks now. I will now have the formal and casual in 1/4 and 1/8".

If I had to go bare minimum, I would go with casual in 1/4 and 1/8 for cardmaking. I like the look of casual much more.

If I ever start scrapbooking, I plan on using my SU alphas.

Size of snap stamps

I thought that the 1/8 would be too small, but it isn't. I love it. It fits on a card perfectly. Having said that I couldn't be without my 1/4 size because it also come's in handy for like a name. Another good thing is they both (1/8 better) fit in the word window punch from SU.

They're on SALE!!! Buy them all!!! And shipping is FREE!!!

I have all four sizes in casual... And the smallest two sizes in formal...

Are these stamps all CAPS or lower case. I am wanting casual lower case. I went to the LSS and all they had was casual upper case.

Cindygrammy2 06-21-2006 11:11 AM

I have both the casual and formal. The formal are all caps, and casual are all lowercase.

kmarshall1223 06-21-2006 12:32 PM

Thanks for the update. I've been dying to get these but didn't want to pay full price. I got the 1/8" & 1/4 " casual for now. I know I'll definately want the numbers too, but I can wait a little while. Can't wait to get them and try them out. I can't tell you how much cardstock I have wasted as I was unhappy with spacing and/or the alignment using the individual alpha stamps.

carrieflanagan 06-21-2006 01:17 PM

ohhhh...PEER PRESSURE!!!!! I am off to the website to get 1/4" and 1/8" casuals! HAHAHA!!! THANKS GIRLS!!!! :) :)

karenabd 06-21-2006 02:11 PM

You have me convinced. I ordered the casual 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2.

Thanks for the advice! Can't wait to get them.

joybkc 06-21-2006 02:41 PM

Thanks so much for the information. I missed out on the casual sets last time.

Alright fine. FINE. I've spent weeks avoiding posts about snap stamps, but there is just something about the words "last day to use the promotion code" that melt me. LOL!

In 7-12 days I will be receiving my 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch casual snap stamps. I hope you're all happy.

I know I am!

dgmlmax 06-21-2006 03:28 PM

I'm trying to decide which ones to get. I know I like the Casual font, but I really haven't seen the Formal used, and I really can't tell what sizes are being used in the gallery. Okay, I'll be honest I want them all! Well, I'm not sure about the 1inch size. I guess that would be good for scrap booking. So I will need that size too, but at a later date. Right now I want the 3 smaller sizes. I just don't know if I need both. Tell me what you think, I want to order before they sell out.

No, I'm just a dork. I didn't know the difference because all I had seen were upper case and so I for some reason just thought they were all called casual. Now I know the difference.
