I try to view as many cards at the "today's additions" link on the home page, and if I see something I want to try I'll add it to my favorites.
Sometimes I'll look through the gallery when new catelogs come out to find ideas for my new stamps. Another reason to pluck a few in my favorites file!
And of course I like to look at the favorites thread every Sunday and find many to save that way too!
i too peruse the today's addition on the home page daily. i often participate in the challenges and the galleries for the challenges are just amazing. this is such a fun and endless supply of card candy for me!
i start the thread every sunday so we can each share with each other, all the wonderful cards! we all view something different so it makes for wonderful treats each week!

I try to look at the daily uploads a couple of times, because that gives exposure to the widest range.
Then I look at the submissions for any challenges I do, so that's a whole other range.
And then sometimes I look at a gallery for a set.
I'd say looking at an individual gallery comes after these, when I really like something and want to see the stamper's other work.
But that's just me
I hadn't even KNOWN there was a today's edition on the home page, so thanks for that tip! (I'm relatively new here).
I've just been going into the challenges, and if I like that challenge, clicking on the challenge code, then opening up the thumbnails that look good. Sometimes I follow the pictures that pop up under the thumbnail I open, that take me to other galleries, and then I wind up all over the place seeing all kinds of cards. I could literally hang out in the galleries all day.
This place is NOT good for someone that has too much to do and not enough time. :???:
I try to look at many of the uploads each day. If I like something really well, I add it to my favorites. I like toooo many cards to add them all, though. I look at the challenge submissions and the featured stamper gallery. If someone comments on one of my cards, I sometimes look at that person's gallery so that I can see a variety of talent. I'm addicted to this site.

I wish there was a way to favorite our fave stampers so we could check their gallery too - is there a way? That would be so awesome.
I don't think you can favorite a gallery (Yet!) but you can save it on your computer. I have lots of galleries bookmarked, so I can quickly check them out to see if there have been any additions.
I check out daily uploads too, but I usually only have time to look through 2-3 pages, so there is a lot I miss every week! I like viewing the fav thread to see the others favorites that I may have missed.

You can subscribe to a gallery. Right near the bottom of the page when you are looking at a user's gallery you will see a link that says something like 'Subscribe to this gallery' - click on that and you'll get e-mail updates when that person uploads something new. HTH!
