Default Pearl Ex-Perfect Pearls ?
Can anyone tell me the difference between Pearl Ex powders and Perfect Pearls, if any?

The main difference is that Perfect Pearls already have a binder in them. You won't need to seal them with anything extra.

I don't know the difference, but I have the perfect pearls and LOVE them! I just dip in my aquapainter and paint away!
