Default Shout-out to Inky Antics/Stampers Anonymous/Art Gone Wild

(I never even knew all of these companies were affiliated.)

A few weeks ago, I was making some birthday cards, and I used IA's Balancing Seals stamp set. I dropped one of the stamps, and I still can't find it. I emailed their customer service department to see if I could purchase a replacement stamp. I knew chances were slim, since most companies don't sell single stamps from a set, but I thought it was worth a try.

Well, not only did they replace it, but they sent me a brand new set, free of charge, and no shipping! They will definitely be getting lots more of my business. That's great customer service and definitely the way to do business! I got the set today, and it's perfect!

Impressive!

Also, I didn’t know they were related companies, either.

That is way cool!

You dont see it on AGW's main page but there is this paragraph in her "about" section:

Besides overseeing the stamp designs at AGW, Michelle has taught literally hundreds of students over the years and developed more than a dozen original class concepts, as well as releasing her original Crafty Cutts metal dies under both the AGW and Inky Antics brands. Her work has been featured in several national stamping and scrapbooking publications. In addition to leading the creative team at AGW and being married to Mr. Stampers Anonymous, she is the mother of two wonderful children--Trevor and Katie.

Inky antics does not say anything and neither does Stampers Anon though both talk about multiple artists they work with.

It doesnt matter to me but just saying probably why no one realizes it.
