ISO: Easter Peep cookie recipe

I know this is not the time for it but I am looking for the ingredients for the easter peep cookie recipe. Does anyone have it? Someone did one a while ago and I don't know who it was. It was a jar with something on the bottom and then layered on top of the bottom layer were marshmallow peeps and then something on top of that but again not sure what it was. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.
