I am in such awe of Jeanne S's talents. I don't know why it took so long for her to be a member of the Dirty Dozen. And she still stalks with the rest of us!

Here's hers:

Here's my humble attempt at a CASE:

I made this card after seeing a gorgeous card by Indy_Patti. I changed it a little, but the basic concept was based on hers.

Great thread! I think CASEing is a wonderful thing. It is flattering to the original, and it can be a great learning experience for the CASEr. I look at this site for inspiration, and there is plenty to be learned every day!

and Michelle Laycock's wonderful card. http://splitcoaststampers.com/galler...p?photo=245047

I have a bunch of cards in my favourites and I plan on case-ing every one. I have heard from some of the ladies I've cased and they're flattered.

I loved westy04's gift of a photo collaged monogram for her ds's baseball coach. Had three coaches for my DS's team, so I completely cased her monogram. Check hers out at http://splitcoaststampers.com/galler...ram&perpage=48

and here is mine

Default Fun Thread!

Here is a card that I semi-CASED from allenjeni's gallery:
(my card)
//www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=337429&cat=500&ppuser=39076

I loved allenjeni's one-sheet wonder - the stamps and colors were great!
(Her card)
//www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=335819

It doesn't happen too often, but I sure do love it when I am cased and recognized!

Default Taking Care of Troops Swap Card

I saw this somewhere in the pages of Looks Like Spring. I changed the colors, did not do any tearing and changed the sentiments. So I guess you could say that I CASED the layout.

I've personally cased lots of cards - but this one is still one of my favorites!

Thanks to LovinTx! for posting her work, so we could be inspired!

Default Sharing our CASING's

What a fun thread! Indy_Patti and Smitty2004 you've made my day! thank you for mentioning cards of mine you've cased. I am so honored and totally flattered! I've cased so many I don't know which one to mention...here is one of my favorites that I cased. It was fun because I didn't have any of the same stamp sets or punch so I had to improvise.

My version
