Default Waterfall Card

I'm sitting here patting myself on the back because I figured out how to do the Waterfall Card!

I got my pattern from the SU! pattern library a long time ago, and sat down tonight to figure it out. I've seen the cards but never In Person.

Well, I'm not good with visualizing. But I was following directions. I was using a sheet of cheap carstock, so as not to waste good stuff. So I get to the last part and it makes no sense. I find some samples to look at, and that did it. I put the last strip of adhesive down, and it worked! I'm so tickled.

Now I'll have to do a real one, and then next week show my friends.

WooHoo!

I used my cheap c/s too to make my first to try out the directions. They're very easy and fun to make.

Yippeeeeeeee skippeeeeeeeeee!!!! I LOVE when I "get" something! I am exceedingly visual, and if I ever understand something from written instructions, it is, for me, nothing short of miraculous! And, boy do I happy dance when I do!!!! :o

Yea for you, girl!

Yes, I was so excited when I realized that I could "see" it but it was SO late and I didn't want to hammer an eyelet - so I figured I needed something strong to anchor my scrap version, so used a little piece of sticky strip. Yay it worked. I put a bunch of waterfall cards - from our gallery - into my favorites too.

I can't wait to show my friends how easy it is!!!!!

I got to the last part where you attach the strip and then adhere C to the strip, and I was like WHaaaaa....??? and was lost, until I looked at a sample. I was trying to put it the wrong direction. LOL

I made my very first one last night. It was WAY easier than I thought it would be. I cut everything out of typing paper to make sure I had it right before I sacrificed the CS!
