RAK Group Membership, hate to be a dunce here, but "huh?"...

I don't get it. Okay, I applied and have been accepted, but I have gone to that forum and I am completely "lost". I know it takes a while to get your name actually on the list, but I am not even sure where to find that. Then, I don't get how to submit a RAK or how to fulfill one...am I making this more difficult than it needs to be?
