Default Serene Sunflower or Wild Rose

I think I'm going to budget myself one "mega-flower" set and am drawn to both Serene Sunflower and Wild Rose. My concern on the sunflower set is the limited color combo's that I can come up with. Two questions:
  • For those who have Serene Sunflower, is it fairly versatile or am I going to feel limited with my one big flower set?
  • Is Wild Rose fairly versatile.
Both sets have beautiful galleries already - just trying to figure out which I'll get more out of in the long run.

Thanks in advance!

I agree, I love the sunflower, but I think that Wild Rose would be more versatile. I could easily see that set as a versamark background, almost like the floral BG stamp. They are both beautiful, tough decision! I know I am not much help!

Good luck with that decision - LOL! I grapple with it too!!! I LOVE sunflowers and the addition of the bee, well... I can think of many color combos for sunflowers that are in the earthy color tones - I particularly love the sunflowers that are a rich raisan/burgandy color tone with the yellows thrown in Those are soooo gorgeous!

What I'm LOVING about the wild rose set is when it is kissed to the Aida cloth background - WOW does that rock!!! AND think of all the many color combos you could use!!! For loads of color combos you could go to the "roses in winter" gallery for inspiration.

I bought both and quickly trded the rose set. Couldn't make it work for me, but I LOVE the sunflower!
Good Luck

I love Wild Rose because it has three different sizes of blooms. The little rosebud allows you to actually make 'arrangements' when combined with the medium bloom and leaves. Of course, any of the three could be used alone. Roses come in so many different colors, too!
I love sunflowers, and have the set, but I think it is limiting in color choice if you prefer realistic looking flowers.
