Default stamping on drinking glasses

I used stazon ink to stamp shamrocks on beer glasses. I heat set them, but the shamrocks came off in the wash. Any suggestions on how to keep the image on the glass?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

this is what i have found you need to coat the glass with something called clear gloss glaze i found it in the ceramic section of crafte stores i know joanns has it and michaels has it
