OOPS! - Baby Shower Invite Help

I'm looking for ideas for an "OOPS" baby shower invite for my daughter who thought she was done after two handsome little boys but a pleasant "OOPS" happened and now a 3rd little boy is joining the family. I am having a shower for her since she either gave away or sold most of her baby stuff and I would like to do an invite with the theme of OPPS - We're expecting a pleasant surprise! An ideas would be appreciated. ~ Thanks!

Well, first thought that comes to mind is the Brittney Spears song - "Ooops, I did it again". Not sure it that would be appropriate.

Maybe stick with the "Surprise" element! and stamp a blue present on front?

You can use a computer program to do the words, then print and layer them on pretty background paper on your invites. Doing them on the computer allows you to pick the font, color and size to suit your invitations. Have fun doing your project!
