When that happens to me I'll check to make sure that my printer is set to print at the best quality and sometimes I'll even make the image I'm printing a little smaller. Sorry if I wasn't much help, but that's what I do.
That depends on what program you're using to print. Usually you can highlight the image and drag the corner of the box. I've got a tutorial on my website that shows how to print digital stamps with Word. If you're using something else, tell us the name of the program and someone will probably be able to help.
Note that if the image is small and you resize it much larger, it will not print clearly.
There are no such things as stupid questions . Just about everyone can remember what it's like to try something brand new, like printing digital images.
I'll assume you're on a PC, not a Mac. Are you double clicking the image to open it? At the top of your window, does it have the name of the image file, followed by the name of the program? For example, on my system when I double-click a PNG file, it opens in a window with this title bar: "baby-chipmunk.png - Windows Picture and Fax Viewer." That red part is the name of the program.
Open your jpg or png digital stamp and look at the top of your window to see whether the name of the program is shown there.
Also, if you already know how to use Microsoft Word, that's an easier way to print.
You know what...I have found a couple over the years that no matter what I tried, they never did print clear. I took it as a sign that I would have not colored them well and they went in the old laptop recycle bin. LOL!
Thank you ladies. I haven't had time to read the responses yet ( had to pick up a sick kid at school ) but wanted to thank everyone..I will go back in a little bit , read, and try then come back! Thank you all so much!

Oh, no! I hope your little one is okay! With 3 kiddos I can say...I've been there & done that several times.

Me too. I used Photoshop to try and improve the quality and finally told myself it's just not worth it to me to do a bunch of work to it.

Sorry Jess, I'm no help as I just don't care for them.
Wheww..I think that child is well today! Or at least she went to school LOL. My husband said he needs to "reimage the computer" what ever that means. I think something didn't transfer well when he set up everything on a server/domain last week?) Anyway he is going to reinstall everything this weekend including a new(er) version of photoshop and adobe..and he said that should take care of the issues I am having. HMM..that is what he said but this is what I heard" blah blah, blah blah blah...I am going to take your studio over again this weekend..and blah...computer...blah blah ..you wont be able to do anything at your desk again....blah blah".... I am not a techy person..haha!.
Just one thought about your images coming out fuzzy. When you downloaded them, did you download the actual file, or just the thumbnail of the image. I know that on some sites you have to click on the thumbnail to bring up the actual image to download. If that's the case, then you will have a small, low resolution image and no matter how much you try to improve it or upgrade your software, it won't help.
I did like catwoman mentioned when I first started also. When I saved the image, I clicked and saved the original image. Then I found out you have to click on it again to get the larger image to save. Made a huge difference! Hope you find a solution!
