You've GOT TO GO to Stampeddler Plus!! It is the most awesome stamp store I've ever been in! I used to do demo work for them and visited every year while staying with In-Laws. I'd have to say, it is the largest, nicest, most well-stocked store I've ever been in. It's even bigger than the one in Atlanta, which is so surprising to me. Atlanta is a HUGE city, while Northville is small. I guess Northerners are just more into rubber stamping and scrapbooking.
Another vote for Stampeddlar Plus! I went last summer, and it was awesome! It is in an old church, with the beautiful stained glass windows and arches to highlight all the awesome products. I want to go back this summer! The ladies there told me they do a lot with that convention. I know they have specials and make and takes at the store, as well as the show. Northville is a really cute town. If you've ever seen the HGTV show Cash and Cari, then you'll know that is where her shop, Repurpose, is located. Fun town to spend a day in!
Forgot to mention that there is also an IKEA store in Canton, not too far away. It's not exactly a craft store, but so many people find cool storage solutions for their craft rooms there.
I went to Stampeddler once when I went to the Novi convention and it is a wonderful store and it just so happened that Northville was having a town wide street sale. Did I ever have fun that year. When is the Novi convention this year, I might just take a drive across the border and check things out again, it has been awhile since I have been there.
