Stampin Supplies from Fall/Winter Catalog Sampler

I'm looking for the "recipes" or stampin supplies list for the Fall/Winter 2008 catalog sampler (not the big idea book, but the catalog sampler). I've searched high and low for this list, but can't find it anywhere and I'm hoping some kind soul here can provide a link. I like to print out the recipes for past mini's and samplers to keep on hand for reference. TIA

I found the link on the demo site but SU must have removed the document itself. I didn't have it saved.
