PTI paper is only available from the PTI website. GP paper can be found at Walmart or at Sam's - Sam's has the best deal (250 sheets for $7.3.

I have both, but have never tried using my Copics on the PTI paper, as I think it's too thick to be able to blend the inks well.

PTI paper works well with Copics as far as blending goes, but the paper really sucks the ink out of your pens, so I wouldn't use for that reason. Neenah works really well.
