Very disappointed in TAC demo

I need some help from someone who sells TAC.

I normally don't order anything except Stampin' Up!, but I was at a show in a park recently and a TAC demo happened to be there and showed me her catalog.

I collect all different kinds of cat and kitten rubber stamps and I thought one of the cat sets in there was cute and SU doesn't have anything like it.

I ordered it. She says she'd deliver it to my workplace and contact me when it comes. That was June 17.

It is now July 11 and I'm leaving for SU convention tomorrow. I still did not receive a message from her that my stamps are in. And I can't find the receipt she gave me. It's here somewhere... can't find it. But I think her last name was Heide???

I emailed the people at TAC through their website a few days ago and so far the only response I received was a boilerplate "we received your message" message.

1. Does anyone know of a TAC demo with the last name Heide in Wisconsin??
2. Does anyone have a way of finding out through TAC???
