Default ? Regarding SU Reinker

Hi! I was able to pick up a couple of SU reinkers at a yard sale this past week. They say "Stamping Around Ink Cartridge Refill" on them. I didn't notice that till I got them home. Can I use them on my regular SU ink pads? Wouldn't the ink that goes in the cartridges be the same as the ink pads? Thanks so much for your info!

The ink cartridges say...."refill with our clasic ink refills" so I would say as long as it is classic ink and not craft- you are good to go. Can you see any date on the container? any other information?

It says "acid free" and has some numbers on it but I don't see a date. It doesn't specify whether it is craft or classic, but I am assuming it is classic or similiar.

If it's thin and transparent, it's classic ink and fine to use on your pads.

I would think it's fine to use on your ink pads, I've used a black one on my ink pad and I never had a problem. I'm not sure how it would be on the new firm foam ink pads though.
