Default recipe swap?

Can someone tell me more about this? What do the pages look like that people share?

I'd love to get other people's recipe's because I'm a hopeless cook- but how can I share a recipe? I don't have any of my own, and isn't it a copyright violation to reprint one from the internet or a cookbook without permission?

I'd love to learn more about these though...

Oh- I answered my own quetion about what the pages looked like- I spelled it wrong when I searched the gallery the first time- but I'm still interested in people's answer about the copyright question.

I have searched the online internet search for recipes, and have tried them, sometimes, I change an ingredient or direction in the way I would do it, I think that can be shared, but it should be recipes you have tried and would serve again to people, you usually have enough time to find recipes or ask a trusting friend for a favorite recipe to share.. Good luck CArolyn
