Help with Loads of Love Valentine

I haven't used my loads of love stamp set yet. And thought with the pile of hearts it would be perfect for valentine's day. But I want to say something clever, and clever seems to be beyond me right now. lol. Anyone have an idea? All I can think of is "Special Delivery for My Valentine". Kind of lame huh?

I used the truck with red hearts in the back for my grandson's valentine. I did color in the hearts in red and put red stickles glitter on them..made it cute.
