I am game to host a new organizational challenge. I have never done this and do not know if I need permission from higher authorities to do this or not, but here it goes. New week one challenge(OC1) The first thing we need to do is find out work space. We need to find a place for all of our essentials that we use everytime we stamp/crop or scrap. (This may have been covered in the first round, but mine is a mess again!
Today I finally got all my stuff organized. You guys are going to hate me but I need to share this. I have been putting things here there and everywhere - including pictures. Well today was the day to face the music and I feel so relieved I did. Pictures, tools, supplies - organized. It took me 4 or more hours just to go through the pics. I wonder how long this will last?
I completed this challenge on my own last summer. I just got the film developed where I took a "before" picture of my craft area and it's actually worse right now. Scarey.

I'm going to work on this challenge tonight and tomorrow. I can barely find any room on my huge desk to stamp. I bought a blotter pad for my desk but can't fit it there - I need to put things away and reorganize so I can have room to put the blotter down. Maybe one of these days I'll really get organized!!
I can almost see the top of my desk. I'm going to take a picture this morning before I start, then I'll take another one when I'm finished - I'll post these here when I'm done. It is so exciting to finally see some wood again!
Hello all. Today I will begin my process of gutting out my craft room. I will be taking a picture but don't have the guts to post it. I will at least have proof as to what it looked like before I began. I'm sure, I will post when I have another picture to post with it to show progress! LOL
Wish me luck. I wish all of you luck in your endeavor with your creative space as well.
I have a wonderful place to stamp in the basement ... but I just can't seem to "see" it right now! I sooooo need this new challenge ... thank you for stepping up! My fabulous husband even built me a countertop with cabinets above and below ... so no more excuses!
Okay, so I just stumbled on this late--I'd kind of quit checking this thread--I'm so happy to see something new started! I'll be doing some mini organizational challenges on a scrapbooking board I go to, so I need to get my work area primed and ready for the new year! I'll work on this during the holiday weekend. Okay, sooner, b/c I have to have the table cleared for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow! LOL

I just organized all my ribbon, what a tasks! And I cleaned up my area after the Christmas rush of gift making. Now I have 3 swaps to finish so let's see how long it lasts!
oh my work space is migrating to other rooms. I did a workshop last month and took half my stuff from my craft room down to my dining room. I haven't yet moved it back to my craft room. I guess I'm lazy or I find it hard to do since I will have to move everything again this month for the workshop. I am now scrapping in my dining room even though I have a full room upstairs my craft room. It's just that I moved the table down here. Maybe today when my mom is here I can tackle that and get my stuff back upstairs.
