I don't have the list in front of me, but I'm pretty sure that Mint Melody, Baroque Burgundy, Forest Foliage, Eggplant Envy and Bliss Blue are biting the dust. I know there are a lot more, buy my brain is on hold.

NEW FAMILY OF COLORS AND COLOR MOVES:
Stampin' UP! will introduce a new Family of colors called Neutrals.
Neutrals will include:
Sahara Sand (new color)
Basic Brown
Going Grey (moved from Earth Elements)
Basic Black (moved from Earth Elements)
Whisper White (formerly named White)
Very Vanilla (formerly named Vanilla)
Not Quite Nave has moved from Rich Regals to Earth Elements.
NEW COLORS
The following new colors will be available in July:
Pixie Pink (Bold Brights). Replaces Positively Pink to provide a
greater range of pink.
Handsome Hunter (Rich Regals). Replaces Forest Foliage to provide a
more natural color with less blue.
Always Artichoke (Rich Regals). A new color to provide a greater
range of green.
So Saffron (Rich Regals). Adds a new shade of yellow.
Regal Rose (Rich Regals). Replaces Rose Romance to expand the range
of pink.
Bravo Burgundy (Rich Regals). Replaces Baroque Burgundy with less
red.
Elegant Eggplant (Rich Regals). Replaces Eggplant Envy to provide a
richer violet shade.
Pumpkin Pie (Earth Elements). Provides an additional shade of
orange.
Apricot Appeal (Soft Subtles). Provides an additional shade of
orange.
Bashful Blue (Soft Subtles). Replaces Bliss Blue with a softer,
lighter shade of blue.
Sahara Sand (Neutrals). Saraha Sand looks nice layered with many
different colors. It looks different with each color you layer it with
because it tends to reflect color.
