Design Team ?

I have seen several posts about people being selected to Design Teams.
This is probably a late question because 08 just started...

How is it that you find out about the design team openings?
Just by postings on SCS or somewhere else?

I'm new to the whole cardmaking/stamping thing but am a graphic designer and let me tell you, I've found my calling!

My goal for 09 is to be on a design team, now I just have to find out how.

A lot of design teams post calls on the announcment threads (if someone posts the info!)
and also the sites will have the information. Keep your eyes open because there are always turnovers for teams and a lot of teams change members every six months or so.
