Default Question for CTMH reps... order turn around time?

Hi ladies!

I was wondering, what have the turn around times been for you lately when placing workshop orders? How long does it usually take CTMH to pick an order once it has been finalized and ship it?

Just curious... I've been waiting a lot lately for orders, and just wanted to see if this was widespread or an issue with my individual demo. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but this has been an issue since October...

I know for my party in December my demo ordered the products at the end of that week and I had them the next week already. She called me I think it was on a Thursday and dropped everything on on that Saturday morning.
SO it only took about 1 week from placing the orders until it was received.

It's been running about 2-3 days turnaround time right now. I placed an order Sunday night and it hasn't shipped yet. Towards the end of last week, it was taking about 1 day to ship.

that's what I thought... same as with SU... I have YET to get an order in under 3-4 weeks, usually 4.... and I know it takes 7 business days after it is shipped, so 2-3 week processing time is excessive IMO...

Now I have to figure out a way to broach the subject... she's a friend as well as my demo, and also a customer of mine... sticky situation three ways!

My CTMH rep sounds just like yours. She is also a friend, so I haven't actually talked to her yet. I go to her monthly stamp group and often don't get my order until the following month's meeting. She sometimes sends out a reminder email for the upcoming meeting and will add that the orders are in and we can pick them up anytime or get them at the meeting. I have started ordering just the club minimum because of the lack of customer service. I plan to quit at the end of this term. I am OK with going to her house every month for our club meetings, but I don't think I should have to go to her house to pick up my order also.
