Default stamp set for baby shower invite...

Anyone have a favorite set for baby shower invites? I have Nice and Narrow, but I'm kinda over that set. LOL

I am making my SIL invites, she's a graphic designer so I feel like it has to be perfect!

Thanks for any help!!

I really like Something to Celebrate! The baby carriage in that set is awesome. I've also done some cute cards with the onesie in the Little Love set.

I've used Just My Type for a cute invitation, using the baby rattle combination. We did a lavendar lace and barely banana combination. It was quite cute. If you want something a little more unconventional, I also did baby shower invitations using In the Wild. The Mom-to-be decorated the baby's room with a jungle theme so we used the giraffe for the focus of the card and sponge daubers for a background. The colors on that were summer sun and creamy caramel. She LOVED it. I also like the elephant in that set. It looks good on a DTP background on crumple cardstock. Makes it look kind of leathery. With a bliss blue and going grey it actually can be very "babyish." It depends on how traditional or not you want to be!

I love Announcements and Kid Prints (retired). The baby block in Kid Prints goes great with the letters in the Bold Alphabet set! You'll need the Stamp-a-ma-jig to get them in the right place, though. I'm Here is high on my wish list of sets to order next.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE I'm here. But I'm a baby feet fanatic. It's a great set though, from the feet to the hands to the letters that you can punch out. And if you don't have it yet, you could make the invites with it and then give it to the mommy as a gift!

I did a baby shower invite once that was a baby bottle (with the shower information on it) tucked into a little baby diaper. Here's the link:

Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

The baby bottle was just a tag I made to look like a bottle. The diaper is a 6" piece of square cardstock cut in half diagonally (made into 2 triangles), then folded to look like a diaper. Very cute and easy - and the only stamp you really need is one that says "for, date, time, place", etc. I'll send you the tag template if you're interested.

Hope your shower goes well!
