I would encourage you to contact your demonstrator, Claudia. There are lots of thoughts on how to release info to customers. At the very least, I do know there are some demos who give it a few days in case there is an error. Like this years, lol. One mistake has shown up so far. (Sweet & Sassy, the Ronald McDonald House set, was accidentally left off the list.) So, every demo that sent the list to their customer base will have to contact everyone again to report the error.
Some demos like to put out a fancy newsletter, in conjunction with a planned "Retirement Party," and that could delay things a bit. Keep in mind, when we know that there are two FULL months yet to buy the retiring sets, the urgency doesn't seem the same to everybody.
Perhaps you could send a hint to your demo by sending HER the list, lol...
