Correction: I am making 400 bags -- need advice where to find them

I was just correcting my post of a few minutes ago (dont' know how to correct the subject line). Anyways, I wasn't asking for the bags, but asking where I might find bulk discount white bags (preferably with handles) for little gifts bags for our church's women's missions trip to Slovakia. I was also thinking of making little bags out of the 6 x 9 envelopes, but don't know if that would be big enough. Anyone know a discount outlet for small white gift bags with handles? Thanks.

Can't help you with the handle bags, but I buy the regular white bags at a restaurant supply place nearby. You get a whole bunch for a little bit of $. They can be stamped or roller wheeled easily!
