OK I am sooo excited!! Someone on here had the idea to use the iron on inkjet printable sheets to make my own worded ribbon. It works so well!!! I have done it on the twill tape and the grossgrain, and both have excellent results....made little birthday boxes that had ribbon on them that said- "you are invited to Jake's party". This is such a fantastic idea..THANK YOU TO WHOM EVER CAME UP WITH IT!!!
Art is intended to provoke an emotion from a total stranger. If youve succeeded in this, consider yourself an artist. Paper Shanks Blog. Love me or hate me, you are still talking about me
wish I saved one- but I sent them out! they were just matchboxes that I covered with patterned paper and tied the printed ribbon around- blue and brown-- they were quite cute - if I do say so myself ;-)
But you do have to print the words (create in word) on the iron-on paper backwards and then just iron the strip onto the ribbon - I just used the iron right on the paper backing.. I will post some of the thank you cards.
actually they were very inspired by your little boxes Julie
UMMMMM HELLO Ms. Her Royalness, Lovin' the haircut!! You look so darn adorable.......but then again when don't you!!! Glad to see you around, either I have been paying any attention, or you've been enjoying the past holiday!!! Have a great one.
