Check out Sharon's card. She explains how she did the mirror image:

If you don't have a mirror stamp, I was told acrylic blocks work too! I tried it using fun foam and it was not too bad. I think I need to practice more?

It's a positioner.you stamp 1 image first then if you want another image behind it like for example in the gallery the new summer mini catalog photo's show how a lot of girls used the stamp a ma jig on the grocery cart.by stampping the flowers 1st then you place the stamp a ma jig in postion so that when you go to stamp you next image it's right ontop of the other image ,making it so that the flowers look like there are right in the carriage.

in other words the stampa ma jig would be under, near or ontop, depending on what your planning on doing with your second image.the wheel barrel however would be placed right under it. hope this makes sence.if not hopefully someone else can help you better than me.I don't always explain things the best.
