Q's on the shrink plastic's

Can someone please tell me the difference between polyshrink, shrink plastic and the shrinky dink (sp?) Some also told me that the polyshrink was toxic is that true? And is it easy to use???

A lot of the polyshrink is much the same... Shrinky Dinks is a brand name and polyshrink is the generic name for shrinkable plastics

Shrinky Dinks comes in a variety of types:

Frosted: this is the original type that was around back in the dark ages when I was a kid (the 70's) It is a clear plastic that is roughed up on one side... good for colored pencils etc.

Ink jet printer: for printing photos etc onto shrinkable plastic

Colored: Bright white, black, brown, and almond (must use permanment media - like staz-on when using the colored plastic)

Most other shrinkable plastic are like ShrinkyDinks original frosted variety.
