Default Help me "fix" an ugly tee-shirt!

Hi girls,
We have this "special day" coming up for the employees where I work. We all get matching tee-shirts for it, and this year they're plaid ole' white. Blah. Ugly!

I want to jazz mine up a little (maybe stamping, maybe cutting/tearing?) but I'm not sure what to do. I don't have any fabric pads, but I have lots of Staz on... Can I use those? Or Pigment ink? I don't care if it doesn't make it through the wash, I just want it to look cool for that one day! lol.

Has anyone done any tearing? Like, widening the neckline, etc... I like the look, but not sure how to get it!

Do you have DD hydrangea? It's retired, but I made a lovely sweatshirt with it. Does the shirt have writing all over it?

You can always cut the bottom and sleeves into 1/2" strips and then thread "pony" beads on to the strips. Tie a knot at the bottom of each strip to keep the beads from coming off. You can always use fabric paints with your stamps or other acrylic paints. Works best with bold images.

No, I don't have that set, but I have Terrific Tulips... do you think it would work as well?

There isn't a lot of writing on the shirt. There's a small emblem over the left chest area (like where a pocket might be), and then there is a large black "5" on the back (5th annual day...) with some writing (sponsor names) inside of it. The rest is all white.

Thanks for the ideas... Keep em' coming! I'm thinking acrylics already!
