Default puffs plus for cleaning sissors

I was using baby wipes to try to get my sissors clean while I was mounting my new stamp sets and it was not working!!! so i grabbed a kleenex to dry them and they came goo-free!!! the lotion in the Puffs Plus took the glue from the stamps right off!!!! used several mopre time's with out the baby wipes and it's a life saver, one or two wipes and they are clean and sharp again!!!

Just thought I'd share this!! It made my day a lot easier, now I have to mount a Alpha set and a Everyday flexible phrase set!!!

What a neat trick! I'm always using polish remover or degreaser -- none of which do much good. I'll have to look for the Puffs Plus.

I usually use olive oil/vege oil/mineral oil, etc. which also works.

We are having a serious mascara removal issue with my 16 year old. It all ends up on the towels....I suggested these tissues, and she claims the lotion puffs, irritate...well maybe she is right if they take goo off of sissors!!

Regular old rubbing alcohol on tp or a cotton ball works great too!

Ick, if it takes goo off of scissors, wonder what it does to the nose.

You need to get the Olay Face Cloths. I get them in bulk @ Sam's Club. They are dry and then you wet them. I use them in the shower for my face and it gets most of the mascara off (I use waterproof because I'm a crier!). I then cut them up into fourths and have those in a little baggie in my make-up drawer to use right before I put on my makeup. I wet it again, and just scrub around my eyes. Works WONDERS! My eyes are SUPER fresh for new make-up! I swear by these things! You can also get them where they are pre-moistened, which might be easier for your DD.

Just don't try to clean your glasses with them...and if you are working with unmounted stamps, you will want to make sure your hands do not have any of the lotion residue on them. Takes the cling right out of the stamp.

Use Pond's cold cream. It even takes off the Cover Girl 2 step lipsticks! Waterproof mascara isn't even a challenge for it!

A looooong time ago, someone told me that wiping the scissor blades on a versamark pad every so often while cutting out the stamps keeps the goo from building up. That's what I do (when I remember to) and it works well. I'll keep the the puffs in mind though. Thanks

I use Oil Free Make up remover with a cotton ball first, then I clean my face with my face cleaner. When I travel, however I use Ponds face-cleaning cloths and they work great too! I guess they might be too irritated using the tissues if it take glue off of your scissors!! But I am definitely going to have to try that trick. My scissors are getting quite gummy...

VersaMark is the best to keep the glue off the scissors! Works everytime!

Watch the Puffs Plus on your cardstock! Aloe will stain it!

They do not hurt your nose or eyes! I use about 200 of them a week!
