Default New Classic Black Ink Pad

Is anyone else having trouble with the new classic black Ink pad smearing even if I allow it to dry for a hour or so. It is the only new ink pad I have, love the look and juiciness of the pad but it doesn't seem to dry completely on SU Whisper White. I am an experienced stamper, but this one baffles me! HELP!!!

SU has said they are looking into this issue and will let us know what they find out. Hang on to your pad and let your demo know you want to exchange it when it's resolved.

I say let your demo know you are having problems now so she can call it in and let SU! know. The more they know about this problem the faster it will get fixed.

I did not have the problem on Very Vanilla, but it did take a long time to dry.

SU is recommending using your black Stazon until they resolve the issue. Some people are saying they can hit it with a heat gun and it will zap it dry and not smudge. It isn't the FIX but it can work until SU fixes the issue.
