Prisma or Stampin' Up watercolor pencils
Which would you choose is you could only have one?

I bought the Prismacolor Pencils and traded away my SU! watercolor pencils. I just love the Prismacolor look. It is so easy!!

Now, I do participate in SU! only swaps, so for that I have the watercolor crayons. If swapping is something you are into, I would go with the SU! pencils.

I have Aquarelle pencils that I bought ages ago from the art supply store. I think the SU WC pencils are pretty much the same thing. I'd buy them at a big box craft with my 40% coupon. JMO ;) Mainly because I've read that the SU pencils don't match the SU colors, and are a bit lacking in greens.

I guess it just depends on the look you're going for. Aquarelle/WC pencils give more of a watercolor look. I think the Prisma look is bolder, almost like markers on crack--strong color, but blended like watercolors. You also need the Gamsol with the Prismas, something to think about if you have young kids around. I wouldn't worry about mine drinking it or anything, but I'd hate for them to spill it and ruin the finish on the hardwoods.
