What else does this card need?
This is my first try at invites for my DD's b-day party (it's a pink poodle theme). What else do you think it needs? Keep in mind it's for 5-7 yr olds and I have to make 10 of them - so nothing too elaborate or expensive .
Thre are such creative people on this site, I figure I'd use y'all as "consultants".

Perfect
I think that your invitation is perfect, very girlie and inviting!! I think that if you added anymore to it there would be too much.
Just my novice opinion!!

what does this need
I don't think it needs anything else. I think it looks great like it is. I find, myself that when I start adding more things after I was finished, they don't really work out. I think this looks just perfect, really.

I think this card is cute and perfect! Adding anything else I think will take away from it! I am sure the girls will love them!

Thanks for the compliments! I may add a teeny bit of dazzling diamonds, but I'll take your advice and leave the rest alone. I'll get to start the production line later today

MAybe you could run some watercolor along the eiffel towers to make them pop out a little bit, other than that it is smashing!

I like it just the way it is! Glitter might attract the little girls' attention, but otherwise it's adorable!

My thoughts exactly! The card is precious and they will love it. My daughters used to always pick out cards that were more sparkly, so maybe add a little glitter or sparkle! Bet your daughter could help you do that!;)

I think it's absolutely adorable! The only thing I would add would be a little grass under the poodle either with marker or watercoloring.

It's great! As it was getting pulled up on my computer I was thinking that when I feel a card needs a little something more I usually use fiber/ribbon or Itty Bitty Backgrounds--you already did both!!
I like the picture frame next to it--very pretty.

Let them make bookmarks
The card is great! I like the color combination. Let the girls make bookmarks to take home at the party.

contrast?
hey i think that it looks great!! my only suggestion is that there needs to be more contrast. try putting a thin matt of black cardstock between the yellow and the green layers. hope that hepls
