shipping times from Cut @ Home

Just wondered if anyone knows a better way to contact Cut@Home other than the phone number on their website and email. I tried both yesterday and haven't heard back. They have a Sizzix die that I need and wanted to verify estimated shipping time before placing the order, as I need it ASAP. This is a hard-to-find die, the Sizzix Bigz Pro Die Flowers #2. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for that info! I actually just now received a call from Cut@Home and was informed that they got a shipment of this die in yesterday and they are all gone already! Boo hoo! However, I am glad they got in touch with me. That was very nice...otherwise I might have ordered it and not received it in time. I hope my initial email didn't sound critical of them.....I guess I am so anxious to have this die that I was just frantic to hear back! "Patience" is not a virtue I can claim!

I've ordered from them several times and it takes anywhere from a week to three to get an order. Once it took almost a month. I don't order from them if I want it fast. If I want fast I go to Franticstamper. Now SHE's fast.
