It's like there is too much contrast between the roses (dark) and the background (light), which by the way is stunning! Maybe some medium-color organdy ribbon through the spiral clip and wrapped around the corner?

there is so much dark in the middle and nothing to balance it out around the edges, I agree with the "medium tone" ribbon suggestion but not sure you need any more embellishments with the cut outs and the clip so not sure about how to do that. Maybe a darker layer around the edges to even things up and a strip of ribbon (or crimped paper?) instead of a bow? Jan

I really don't think it needs anything. It is balanced pretty well I think. The only think I can think of is maybe adding a sentiment, but then it works without one too!
