CD Calendar Help

Hi, this is my first post here. I am not sure if this is the right place or not. I am wondering if someone could direct me to a link or place where I can learn how to make CD Calendars. Specifically, I need to find a template for the calendar itself. I guess I would need to print it out and take it to a copy place to have it copied on to card stock. Anyone done this before?
