I have been looking for nesting set of dies in the shape of the 'burst bubble' that you see words like Pow and Bam in. I have some word bubble stamps in that shape, but would love to do something similar as in this card.... (this person's blog is no longer active, so can't see product listing) Has anyone come across a set like this?
I've seen shapes like that in cut files but it would be great if they were dies.
Fran's Frantic stamper has this one, but it's only one star-explosion shape. It seems like it wouldn't be hard to then trace a couple larger or smaller using it?
Or even dry/cut a small one and then cut it out larger a couple times - though if you're making lots, maybe not. : ) Just thinking out loud.
Microsoft Powerpoint has that shape in their shapes, i could print out thicker CS and cut out as template. Just be easy if was a die. They do nesting in every other shape!

If that is the exact shape from powerpoint, then it makes me wonder whether the person who made the card actually had an electronic die cutter and she just cut the shape three times in different sizes.
(I don't have any electronic machines so I can't tell you what machine or how to do it... silhouette maybe?)
Die set called Bam Bubble. Not everything was on sale, just some retiring.... might be over by now. I did order this, thanks. I was hoping to find few more 'nesting' so could do few layers, but this is closest so far.

Aha! I didn't order anything over the weekend as I was working a stamp/scrap convention. Glad to know the sale is still in effect! Cool!
