I placed an online order with high hopes rubber stamps online store on Feb 1, 2009. I haven't received my order. Paypal has been charged. I have sent a few emails to inquire about my order and haven't received a response. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with the company? Any suggestions? :(
I have ordered fom them a couple of times. They are a small family company and they work out of there home and make all the stamps themselves so it does take longer to get your order made and sent out but they are really great stamps and they usually send you extra stamps with your order. My order took about 5 weeks for me to get but like I say it is worth the wait.

I have placed one order and was very pleased with the stamps. I live two hours away and picked up my order when I was in the area. Others have had shipping issues lately. They just moved, have had a large increase in their business and have had e-mail problems all at the same time. You might want to check their website and see which e-mail address you used. They have posted a second one and asked that people use it as the other one is not being very reliable lately. Tina does usually respond to e-mails very quickly. I have found that if she doesn't, she didn't get it. I would be bothered by the slow shipping but in my opinion the quality of the stamps, the very cutesy images which I love and the fact that they give free stamps with your order makes the slow shipping worth it. I am not a very patient person but I do love their images. Good luck!

I am also waiting for my stamps to arrive. It has been almost two months. I emailed and they said they had been swamped and were a small company, so I am trying to be patient. the stamps are so darn cute, I run to the mailbox every day looking for them! They told me almost three weeks ago that they had been mailed out that day, so hopefully they will turn up soon.
I also just placed an order with them (actually, two orders!)
I only live a couple hours away but I still can't get the time to drive down there! I'm not a patient person either...but I hope they get here soon! Hope your order goes well...and have fun playing with your stamps when they arrive!
They have been having some troubles lately due to growing pains. I believe HH is a fine company, and while things may not be very speedy right now, they are worth our patience. They will get it all figured out, it just might take some time. I'm waiting on the February set-I love that bunny!!
I received my order, and while a couple of things were missing, I called, and Bethany was absolutely wonderful to me and so apologetic. They are so willing to make things right! We just need a little patience with them and their growing pains. And, definitely call them if you need anything. I've always gotten an answer during the day!

I too received my order and am so happy! I am hoping to get to play with them tonight, as today was Stamp Camp and I just got home from that.
I'm impatiently waiting for an order as well!! Impatiently because I've ordered from them before and their stamps are awesome! So I also run to the mailbox as soon as I get home from work.......soon!!
They are a fabulous company...very caring people and go over the top!!!
I've ordered from the LOTS of times and have been very happy with my stamps...they are beautiful and very good quality.
I've heard they have had some family problems, therefore, causing longer shipping times. Hang in there though...you will be very surprised when you get your order!!!
I ordered from them on January 21 and paypal has been paid. I didn't call or email for a while because of everything positive said about High Hopes here, but after 4 weeks, I emailed them. I heard nothing. I emailed at both email addresses she has given at 5 weeks and still nothing. This was Wednesday (this is Friday) so I decided I would call today like different people said they did and received good help. Well, guess what the number that is on there website is not a working number. They have time to update the site and put new stamps, but they cannot update a current phone number.
I am starting to wonder if I have been duped by this company. I understand that she has had to move because of demand, but really going on 6 weeks is a little extreme. If it is going to take that long to process a $30 order then she really doesn't need to charge until she gets ready to ship.
If anything changes, I will post here and apologize if necessary, but right now I am a little upset with them.

I have always received great customer service until now. I've waited several weeks for 2 orders and I'm not receiving any response from emails. I love High Hopes images, but I won't be ordering from them again. I'll use Wish RAK. ;)

I finally got my order from High Hopes. In the meantime I heard back from my emails when I used their other email address. They just need to post honest information on their site as to how long until your order is processed and shipped. Their products are so cute. Maybe once they settle in their new space they will regroup.
