Default Petal Prints/Hero Arts question

I am thinking about getting some of the wildlife flowers/real flowers stamps from Hero ARts that are similar to Petal Prints & More Petal Prints. I can't remember how the original Petal Prints came---were the flowers on the stamp w/t the setm (man my fingesr won't work--sorry). I know More had them all together.

The ones from HA has them attached. I think I would heat it & peel it off to cut the stem off. I don't like to color in each time I do one. What do you think? Did anyone do this with Petal Prints?

THanks!
Lori

Wow. I hadn't ever thought to detach the stem. i'm not a real fan of coloring, but I find myself slowly collecting markers so I can use the flower stamps. What do you use as a mount once you have cut them?

The only SU ones I 've done this to are the FResh fruits, and I could stick the stem on the end of the wood block. I do have other stamps from TAC that have the vinyl cling stuff & you use an acrylic block. I might do that with the flower part & then leave the stem on the wood block. That way i could see where to put the flower, too, with the clear block. I hadn't even thought of how I'd do them exactly, but I think I just figured it out!

I love the HA flower stamps. They are so easy to use with the markers or pads. If you don't want to use the stem part, just cover with a post-it note and it won't stamp. Sometimes I will ink up the flower part with the ink pad and then ink the stem with the green ink pad and they blend very good. Using markers is very fast with most of them. Enjoy!
