Default Perfect Layers vs Layer Ease

Are they one and the same? How are they different if at all?

I don't know the difference, but I have the perfect layers and love it.

Is the layer ease those little disks that you are supposed to put a pencil in and trace around an object, die cut, matted photo, etc, then cut? If it is I had another version of it and HATED it.

Perfect layers on the other hand I LOVE. I bought them when they first came out on QVC. Then had to get another set for when I was cropping with a friend. They are just that handy. Little bit of a learning curve but if I can do it anyone can!

Added bennie to using my perfect layers...I use my exacto knife more now than I ever did. No longer am I scared of it.

My feelings exactly--you HAVE to get Perfect Layers!! I use it every time I scrapbook OR make cards!
The layer ease is those disks with the hole in the middle to put your pen or pencil & then "trace" around your shape. I always thought it to be too expensive, so I don't have it.
