Pearl Ex vs PearLustre (Stampendous)

I have found both these products at Michaels. What is the difference between them??

Hi! I am not familiar with Pearl Lustre, but this is the website I used to research which mica product I wanted. I ended up with Pearl Ex, because it seems to be something of a standard. It's been the easiest for me to find information about.
