Patriotic Sets

I was very surprised and disappointed to see a serious lack of patriotic stamp sets this year! They took out three and gave us one. :? I am planning on doing a few fundraisers to send cards and packages over seas and am disappointed that there isn't more of a selection.

I too am disappointed. People are proud to be Americans -- at least I am. It would have been nice to have seen them replace all of the sets that they took out.

Perhaps they will be doing a special in the summer minis, or even spring for Memorial day??? Just a guess of course!

I was very dissapointed too, you will think that with all the military related demos, they will take that as a hint. I personally don't like the stickers they have for sale and have being waiting for a good military set to do an album for my husband, but I guess I'' have to wait...If it was up to me, FIRED the designer team that overlook the situation

I'm guessing here - but it seems all the holidays were neglected a little bit. From what I've heard about the expanded Holiday Mini catty (I haven't gotten mine yet -- GRRRRRRRR ), there are a ton of fall & Christmas sets. I wonder if they plan on including holiday sets in minis rather than the full catty now. I hope so.

I too felt the same way. When I got the Winter Mini this week I thought that they must be "saving" all the holiday/seasonal type stamps for these. This might be a nice idea, but those of us that are REALLY far behind in scrapbooking might like these stamps at odd times of the year... oh well- I am very happy with the winter mini- will be ordering my XMAS stamps from here!!!
Well- I have to get off of the internet, my boss just called me on a project.... doesn't he realize that SCS is a necessity first thing in the morning????
