Papercrafting Supplies at Tates in Bath, Maine?

I read about this place on this blog.

Taken Wings: Tate's of Bath,Maine!

Has anyone been there? Can you tell me if it is worth the time to take a jaunt off the 295 while on my way to New Hampshire?

Looks promising from the pictures. Would love some feedback.

Thanks!

I could not get the link to work. I get up to Maine occasionally and would be interested in finding out about Tates.

Not sure why the link for the blog isn't working for you. It is working for me. Here's the main page for the blog and just go down an entry or two and you'll see the posting I refer to above.

Well, I went to Tates in Bath, Maine and thought it was worth the detour off the highway. I found the ribbon and lace selection really nice and the pricing good, at least compared to Canadian prices. All of the scrapbooking supplies were on sale at 20% off but nothing caught my eye there. I did find some yarn at great prices. If you're in the area, drop in. It was a bit difficult to navigate to even following TomTom's directions, and it doesn't seem to be in the best part of town but it was worth the trip. I plan on stopping in again when I'm down that way in October. Happy shopping :-)
