how to make a heart shaped box

Hi!! I've seen a few out there on some blogs but now that I am ready to make one, do you think I can remember which blog I saw it on??!! Of course not. Does anyone have a template or directions -- or know a blog site that shows how to make a valentine (heart shaped) box??

Not sure if this helps but I know Martha Stewart had it in the last issue of her LIVING magazine.. Its pretty much a hand made heart shaped chocolate box. I'd bet she has instructions on her website...
