organizing magazine submissions...
 
does anyone have a template for organizing magazine submissions? anyone care to share how they keep track of all the artowrk they submit?

I use an Excel spreadsheet I created. It works great for me. I have attached it below. Feel free to use it if you would like. :)

My word program which is Microsoft Word: the information sheets are in a file with the magazine's name and these are all stored in a master file named Submissions.
I insert a mini photo on each information sheet which is also printed and placed inside the card - so HOPEFULLY the magazine doesn't mix up the name...so far only twice!

I also keep a regular sized photo in My Pictures under the same file name as the information sheet and they were also stored under the title of Submissions.
The photo in two places really helped keep them organized.
